All members get an extra year's warranty when the 2-year warranty has expired. You simply have to be registered for our newsletter on the same day as the purchase and throughout the warranty period.

If you unsubscribe from the newsletter before the 2-year warranty has expired, you lose access to the extra year's warranty. The warranty does not apply to the purchase of used equipment.

Our price match guarantee means that you get the price difference back if you discover that the same product is available at a lower price at us or one of our competitors here in Denmark within 30 days of your purchase. All you have to do is bring or send us a current ad, receipt or link showing the lower price and we'll refund the difference. This is our way of ensuring that you always feel secure about your purchases with us.

Our price match does not only apply retroactively. It also applies if you have found the product cheaper at a competitor before your purchase. If you have found the product cheaper abroad, we will also endeavor to match the price. You are therefore welcome to contact us, after which we will make an individual assessment of whether we can meet the request.

Although we always strive to be the cheapest, there are cases where we cannot offer a price match. This applies if the price is below our purchase price, queue offer, limited quantity, opening offer, outlet products, membership offer or items that our competitors do not have in stock.
