In Lydspecialisten you will only find the best products on the market. Our products are often named test winners and products of the year in various trade magazines, but we also want you to hear it from others. On our website you can therefore read the honest opinion of other customers about our products. The customer reviews are our way of documenting that our products are now also as good as we say they are. That there is honesty and credibility behind our advice.

On our website you can find two different types of customer reviews. The first type are approved customers who have received an invitation in connection with their purchase. Only customers who have shopped directly on our webshops can write these reviews.

The second type of customer review is the verified reviewer. We have many customers who pay in our physical store or with an invoice, who can go directly to the product page and write a review of the product in question. Here, the reviewer must confirm their email, after which we verify that it exists in our debtor system. The review will not be published until we have confirmed that the customer exists in our system. All our reviews are therefore 100% verified as actual customers.

We generally publish all reviews regardless of whether they are positive or negative. There are thus no reviews that have been edited or influenced in any way for a specific result.

In the event that the report is about matters that do not relate to the product, we reserve the right to remove the report. The product reviews must be primarily about the product so that it can help other hi-fi enthusiasts make well-informed decisions about their purchases.
