Primare R35 - A sublime MM/MC RIAA amplifier for any turntable

The Primare R35 is a pure world-class RIAA amplifier. It can be used whether you have an MM or MC pickup mounted on your turntable, which makes it an incredibly flexible solution. Inside the R35, everything has been carefully designed so that all components work optimally together, and the fully isolated power supply allows the highly sensitive signal components to operate in a completely noise-free environment. It provides superior performance resulting in cleaner sound and greater fidelity. The R35 is a perfect match for any turntable and will take the sound of your records to new heights.

True high-fidelity sound

The R35's technology is designed to amplify the delicate signal from the pickup with an authentic sound reproduction. Together with the carefully matched composition of components and fully isolated power supply, a noise-free atmosphere is created where the sensitive signals can work in harmony. The result is a sound of exceptional dynamics and clarity.

On the R35, there is an adjustable gain that enables an amplification of the signal from almost any moving magnet or moving coil pickup. A wide range of settings allows optimal adaptation to your cassette and your system. For moving-magnet (MM) pickups there are choices of 42/46/50dB, and for moving-coil (MC) pickups there are settings of 68/72/76dB over XLR. This compares to 36/40/44dB for MM and 62/66/70dB for MC over RCA, giving you a total of twelve options.

Setting options for any turntable

The R35 offers capacitance settings similar to the R15, with MM settings for 100/200/300/400pF and 100pF or 1nF for MC pickups. The impedance settings are extremely versatile with two settings for MM and a whopping 21 settings for MC (see specs below) covering everything from 10 ohms to 47 kohms.

A subsonic filter with improved circuitry completes the specifications, ensuring a hassle-free listening experience and eliminating unwanted low-frequency noise elements.
